Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Confirmation of the existence of upper ureteral or renal calyx stones on one side through urological imaging; Meeting the indications for ureteroscopic lithotripsy; ASA classification I-II; Good cognitive status and normal communication ability; Informed consent from patients who were aware of the research purpose.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Overweight, i.e., body mass index (BMI) >32kg/m2; severe organ diseases; respiratory disorders; preoperative blood pressure, blood sugar above normal; history of smoking; acid-base and electrolyte disturbances; mental abnormalities
