Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: An adult with full civil capacity who is able to provide informed consent; No serious chronic disease, infectious disease or mental illness, with a basic level of health; No recent history of major surgery or serious illness (e.g., cancer, severe cardiovascular disease); The ethnic groups are Manchu, Mongolian and other ethnic groups that use the Altaic language family. Willing to provide saliva samples and accept demographic questionnaire survey; Willing to use relevant information and data for scientific research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Recently relocated hukou; Refusal to sign informed consent, difficulty understanding the purpose of the study, or unwillingness to cooperate with the study; Severe psychological or physical illness, inability to autonomously complete research procedures or inability to provide research samples.
