18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who enter the anesthesia recovery room after orthopedic surgery; (2) Age 18~80 years old; (3) ASA Grading I.~III.; (4) Those who have informed consent and voluntarily participate in this study; (5) Those who have clear consciousness, muscle strength V., normal swallowing, and can cough and produce sputum on their own; (6) Thirst score>=3 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Allergic to lemon water or unable to accept lemon taste; (2) language communication barriers, mental illness or poor compliance, no way to cooperate with researchers; (3) The patient has serious condition changes during anesthesia resuscitation and needs to return to the intensive care unit for continued treatment; (4) Patients with nausea and vomiting.
