18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Aged 18 or above 2: Women with a single pregnancy at 8-15 weeks of gestation 3: Pre-pregnancy BMI >=28.0kg/m² 4: Conscious and able to complete lab objectives and follow up visits 5: Have a phone, or be able to follow up with a family member on the phone 6: Ability to understand Mandarin (follow-up interventions involve Mandarin)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: assisted reproduction of pregnancy 2: bed rest 3: Diagnosis of diabetes or gestational diabetes 4: Current uncontrolled hypertension 5: Thyroid disease diagnosed within the last 30 days 6: History of cardiovascular, cancer, pulmonary or severe gastrointestinal disease 7: History of eating disorders or bariatric surgery 8: Serious mental illness 9: Recent history of mood or anxiety disorders 10: Drug or alcohol use disorders 11: More than 13 weeks of gestation 12: Those who dropped out in the middle of the experiment 13: Those who develop a serious acute illness requiring treatment during the course of the experiment
