60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing general anesthesia;2. Age 60-80 years old; 3. ASA Grade I - III; 4. BMI is 18-30kg/m2; 5. Ultrasound detection of carotid artery without plaque, stenosis and deformity, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Systolic blood pressure >=180mmHg or diastolic blood pressure >= 110mmHg; 2. Heart valve disease, carotid artery stenosis, peripheral vascular disease; 3. Liver and kidney insufficiency; 4. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, severe anemia; 5. Previous history of neck surgery or neck trauma.6. The patient refused to participate in the trial.
