Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient has not been treated with antiviral drugs in the last 1 year. The diagnostic criteria were referred to the Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B, 2022 Edition and the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Primary Liver Cancer, 2022 Edition, and serum samples were quantified by real-time PCR to quantify HBV-DNA, and samples with HBV-DNA >103 IU/ml were included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Excluding tuberculosis, HIV, HCV, and other hepatitis virus infections, as well as autoimmune liver diseases.
