Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.MM patients who met the diagnostic criteria of International Myeloma Working Group (IMWG) version 2014; 2.patients with at least one line of therapy, disease progression during last therapy, or at least minor response (MR) to previous therapy but progression within 60 days after last therapy, and failure to achieve at least MR On any therapy; 3.ALTAST less than 3 times the upper limit,total bilirubin concentration was less than 2 times the upper limit of the normal range;? diagosed MM according to the criteria of IMWG 2014 ? age 18 or older ? exposed to at least one-line of treatment, disease progression during last-line of therapy, or achieve at least minial remission but PD within 60 day after last-line of therapy, or couldn't achieve at least MR in any line of previous therapy ? plan to receive KPD based therapy as salvage therapy ? ALT/AST< 3*ULN, TBil<2*ULN ? patients with extramedullary lesion or primary/secondary plasma cell leukemia were eligible ? willing to sign the informed consecnt

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? allergic to any component of study therapy ? with known heart diease as follows: - cogestive heart failure(NYHA III/IV) - unstable angian, Arrhythmia or hypertension - cardiac infaction within 6 months - disease of pericardium or amyloidosis of the heart - uncontrolled or severe cardiovascular disease ? women in pregnancy or lactating ? major surgery or severe injury within 4 weeks ? uncontrolled HBV or HCV infection ? HIV infection ? infection needing IV antibiotics ? coexisting malignancy ? unable to sign the informed consenct
