Five Elements Music Group:Play the Five Elements Music (TCM Theory Music)
Binaural Beat Music Group:Playing binaural beat music material (for brainwave adjustment)
Self-written music group:Play the music created by the research team
Colour noise group:Noise in different frequency spectrum (e.g. pink noise, brown noise)
noise reduction group:The patient wears noise-canceling headphones and no other music interventions
No intervention control group:Patients do not receive any musical intervention, only routine care
Four Seasons Music Group:Play the music of the four seasons that has been documented

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 18 years of age or older; Admitted to the ICU and planned for at least 24 hours; Invasive MV for at least 24 hours. PRE- DELIRIC score 20%~40%; positive for delirium according to the ICU Confusion Assessment Method (CAM-ICU); No infusion of sedation; Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) score >8.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Known hearing or vision problems; History of psychiatric illness, dementia, cognitive impairment; Monitor and diagnose acute nerves injury or alcohol/drug intoxication; Pregnant; Referral from an external ICU.
