Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Birth gestational age of 28-32 weeks, birth weight88%); 3 Parents of premature infants give informed consent and are willing to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Major congenital malformations, such as oral malformations, cleft lip, cleft palate, esophageal atresia, intestinal atresia and other congenital diseases; 2 Gastrointestinal complications, chronic internal medicine diseases such as grade III or IV intraventricular hemorrhage, periventricular leukomalacia, and surgical diseases such as necrotizing enterocolitis.
