Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old; 2. Selective removal of internal fixation, fracture reduction and internal fixation, arthroscopy or joint replacement; 3.ASA grade 1-3; 4. Laryngeal mask intubation general anesthesia combined with nerve block anesthesia;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Failure to retain spontaneous breathing; 2. Two or more times of surgery during hospitalization; 3. Hospital stay more than 31 days; 4. Preoperative definite respiratory failure, pulmonary infection, myocardial infarction, heart failure, liver and kidney failure, etc. 5. Incomplete electronic medical records;
