Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age >=55 years old, both sexes. Table (2) simple mental state examination (MMSE) score > 21 points. (3) Insomnia severity index (ISI) > 7. (4) stable psychiatric treatment for more than two weeks. (5) the patient can understand and cooperate with the treatment. (6) are willing to participate in this study and sign a consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who met the diagnostic criteria of severe mental disorders according to ICD-10 diagnostic criteria. (2) patients with serious suicide risk; (3) merging serious body disease, seriously affect the function, or can't complete the treatment requirement. (4) exist within three months of acute medical events or special physical therapy (including convulsions or no tic electroconvulsive therapy, transcranial magnetic stimulation, deep brain stimulation treatment). (5) receiving other psychological treatment or participating in other treatment researchers at the same time.
