Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18~80 years old who need to undergo colonoscopy; 2. Patients without anesthesia and other allergies; 3. Patients who have signed informed consent and are voluntarily treated; 4. The hospital ethics committee approved the content of this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious complications, such as hepatic encephalopathy, malignant tumors, etc.; 2. Patients with a history of severe allergies or intolerance to endotracheal intubation; 3. Pregnant and lactating females; 4. Patients with poor compliance.
