Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) First thoracic surgery; (2) aged between 18 and 65 years, (3) BMI between 18-25kg/m^2; (4) ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status) Level I-II; (5) Patients with good cardiopulmonary function and no serious underlying diseases and severe pulmonary dysfunction.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) History of previous thoracic surgery; 2) pregnant or lactating females; 3) Severe cardiopulmonary impairment, hepatic or renal insufficiency; 4) Patients with high risk of reflux aspiration: gastroesophageal reflux disease, hiatal hernia, peptic ulcer, achalasia, congenital pyloric stenosis, acute abdomen, etc.; 5) Patients with abnormal nasal anatomy (nasal septum deviation, nasal bone fracture, etc.) and severe nasal obstruction 6) Those who cannot wear HFNC due to facial or upper respiratory tract surgery; 7) Central nervous system diseases, such as dementia, schizophrenia, etc.; 8) Combined with hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism; 9) history of allergy to anesthetic drugs; 10) Difficult airway: Mallampati airway grade III or IV, temporomandibular joint ankylosis or difficulty opening the mouth (mouth opening degree < 2cm), mandibular deformity, ankylosing spondylitis.
