30 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 30-65 years old; 2. Hyperlipidemia, including borderline hyperlipidemia, TC>=5.17 mmol/L and/or TG>=2.26 mmol/L; 3. Voluntary participation and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Excessive alcohol intake (> 70 g/week); 2. People with severe allergic history; 3. Smoking; 4. Patients with viral hepatitis, HIV and other infectious diseases; 5. Pregnant, lactating or on the verge of menopause; 6. Tumor; 7. Renal insufficiency; 8. Diabetes; 9. Losing weight or weight has fluctuated recently; 10. Take hormone drugs; 11. Patients with unstable living environment, living and eating habits.
