Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients were younger than 18 years old, with preoperative diagnosis of high-grade tumor in the posterior fossa and obstructive hydrocephalus with intracranial hypertension symptoms, and did not undergo surgical treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: In cases with severe neuropsychiatric organic diseases, permanent cerebrospinal fluid shunt surgery was performed before surgery, no surgery was planned or only biopsy was performed.
