18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for cross-sectional studies: 1) Pathological diagnosis is malignant tumor, and patients know their own disease 2)Aged 18-65 years old 3) Conscious, able to understand and complete the questionnaire independently 4) Voluntary to participate in the study Self before-and-after control study inclusion criteria: 1) The pathologic diagnosis is sarcoma or melanoma, and the patient knows his condition 2) The TNM stage of the tumor was stage IV 3) Having been diagnosed for more than 3 months and is currently receiving anti-tumor therapy 4) Scale assessment score DT=4 points or HADS-A=9 points or HADS-D=9 points or HADS=15 points 5) Age 18-65 years old 6) Voluntary to participate in this study 7) With clear consciousness 8) Cultural level in junior high school or above, have a certain reading comprehension ability and can understand and complete the questionnaire independently

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for cross-sectional studies: 1) With severe illness and can not fill in the questionnaire Self before-and-after control study exclusion criteria: 1) With severe illness, unable to fill in the questionnaire or can not tolerate long-term reading 2) Having a history of mental illness 3) Receiving other psychological treatment or psychotropic drug treatment (except benzodiazepines, because most patients in the clinic use these drugs for chemotherapy and antiemetic treatment)
