Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) score of I-III; (2) The surgical methods were all elective thoracoscopic single lobectomy patients; (3) Those who have complete clinical data and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who have incomplete clinical data, cannot correctly understand and express pain scores, and have not signed the surgical consent form; (2) Those with a history of previous thoracotomy surgery, mental illness, and long-term use of analgesic drugs; (3) Patients with postoperative bleeding, persistent air leakage in the lungs and need to be operated again, or serious complications after surgery.
