Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with certain physical health status and no obvious contraindication to exercise or serious chronic diseases; those who agree after consulting the informed consent form; those who have a sense of responsibility and can actively cooperate and carry out the experiment to the end. In order to avoid the interference of external factors on the effect of this experiment, one week before the start of the experiment, the subjects should not take strenuous exercise, drinking alcohol, taking drugs and other behaviors.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with cardiopulmonary disease and hypertension. Recent sports injuries. Serious cognitive, communication disorders, emotional disorders, irritability and other people who can not match. The experimenter is doing other interventions.
