Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 40 years old; 2. the diagnostic criteria for acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD) as outlined in the 2021 Chinese Guidelines for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease; 3.Able to complete questionnaires such as the COPD Assessment Test (CAT) and the modified British Medical Research Council (mMRC) scale independently.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with coexisting lung cancer or other malignant tumors; 2.Patients with severe intellectual or cognitive impairments; 3.Patients participating in other interventional clinical trials.
