Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.School inclusion criteria: 1. The medical school is a general undergraduate. 2. the medical school is affiliated with the provincial administration. 3. the medical program is offered with the code 100201K. 4. the head of the school agrees to participate in this study. 5. the number of each type of school (university or college) included in each region is even. 2.Student Inclusion Criteria: 1. Undergraduate students in the five-year program with a major code of 100201K. 2. fourth year students of medical program. 3. students themselves agreed to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.School exclusion criteria: 1. It was not possible to recruit enough students at the school to meet the student exclusion criteria. 2. at the time of the study, the school was conducting practical medical education activities similar to the intervention content. 3. the type of school was an independent college and research institution. 2.Student exclusion criteria: 1. Students whose majors are other medical program such as rural order-direct five-year medical program, 5+3 medical program, national special medical program, Sino-foreign cooperative medical program, and top-up medical program. 2. Students whose major direction has been determined at the time of enrollment. 3. Clinical medical students who repeat, suspend or delay their graduation. 4. Medical students whose birthplace is Hong Kong, Macao or Taiwan. 5. International students.
