Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age >= 60 years; (2) With the ability to act independently and be able to cooperate with the examination and medication; (3) Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with hypercalcemia, urinary calculi or parathyroid diseases; (2) taking vitamin D preparation orally for 3 months; (3) Have a history of vitamin D allergy; (4) Hepatic and renal insufficiency; (5) Patients with severe infection or advanced tumor; (6) serious disability and loss of wisdom; (7) People with cognitive dysfunction.
