Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age >= 18 years; (2) Patients with HSP who meet the diagnostic criteria for HARDING and are eligible for a genetically confirmed diagnosis; (3) Patients can walk with or without assistive devices; (4) No previous history of mental illness; (5) Able to cooperate with all assessments and examinations and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe illness or unconsciousness; (2) Contraindications to TMS such as metal implants or pacemakers in the head, presence of a history of seizures; (3) Women preparing for pregnancy, pregnant or breastfeeding; (4) Concurrent participation in other clinical studies; (5) Received magnetic stimulation therapy in the last six months; (6) Presence of other serious diseases, such as myocardial infarction, severe hepatic or renal dysfunction, severe infection or severe diabetes mellitus etc; (7) Inability to cooperate with all assessments and examinations or refusal to sign the informed consent form.
