Neurological impairments will be considered as any condition related to the central nervous system (composed of the brain and spinal cord) with associated impairments in language, cognition, and motor skills.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.age 1-10 years; 2.primary or acquired, progressive or non- progressive neurological impairments; 3.indication for enteral feeding support for at least 3 months; 4.subjects and/or guardians understand the purpose of the research, possible risks and benefits of the research, agree to participate in this clinical study, and voluntarily sign the informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.contraindications for enteral nutrition support; 2.allergy to enteral nutrition (polymeric and peptide-based) formulas; 3.guardians with cognitive difficulties; 4.other situations that the researcher believes are not suitable for inclusion in this clinical study;
