Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meeting the criteria of "Diagnostic Key Points of Main Types of Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019", and confirmed as cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage by cranial CT or MRI. (2) Pure subcortical lesions. (3) First - onset and unilateral disease. (4) The disease duration is more than 3 months but less than 1 year (patients in the late sub - acute stage and chronic stage after stroke). (5) Aged between 18 and 75 years old, and right - handed. (6) The proximal part score of the Fugl - Meyer Assessment Scale - Upper Extremity (FMA - UE) of the hemiplegic side is less than 26 points. (7) The patient and their family members are willing to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Unstable medical conditions, such as severe heart or kidney diseases; (2) Cognitive impairment (Mini - Mental State Examination < 24); (3) Having metal implants, such as cardiac stents, implanted brain stimulators, pacemakers or cochlear implants; (4) History of seizures, traumatic brain injury or craniotomy; (5) Having audiovisual dysfunction and being unable to cooperate with the treatment; (6) Neurological diseases other than stroke; (7) Complicated with severe heart, liver, kidney dysfunction or malignant tumors, etc.
