Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) meet the diagnostic criteria of severe aplastic anemia and transfusion-dependent non-severe aplastic anemia; (2) voluntary choice of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation; (3) no severe organ dysfunction or active infection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) with congenital bone marrow failure, including fanconi anemia (FA), dyskeratosis congenita (DKC), and diamond-blackfan anemia (DBA). (2) with other or secondary pancytopenia such as paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH), myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), and hairy cell leukaemia (HCL). (3) incomplete follow-up information.
