Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients undergoing gastrointestinal laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia, regardless of gender, aged 50-80 years old ? ASA grade is ?-III, heart function is I-II, preoperative examination shows that heart, lung, and kidney function are basically normal, and there are no other serious diseases. Surgery is tolerable ? Ability to communicate normally, good mental state, no history of neurological disorders or cerebrovascular accidents
