Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1) age >18 years; 2) It plans to undergo surgical aortic valve replacement, Bentall operation and heart transplantation;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1) history of previous aortic root surgery, resulting in structural changes of aortic valve; 2) Combined with syphilitic heart disease, aortic sinus aneurysm and other diseases that lead to abnormal aortic valve structure; 3) Combined with Marfan syndrome, Takayasu arteritis and other connective tissue diseases that can affect the aortic valve structure; 4) Special groups: children, pregnant or lactating women, patients with mental disorders; 5) The investigator judged that the patients were not suitable for enrollment.
