Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who undergo knee arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction for the first time; (2) Age 18-55, gender is not limited; (3) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-II.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Body mass index (BMI) greater than 40kg/m2; (2) history of allergy or contraindication to any drug in the study; (3) Infection at the puncture site or abnormal coagulation function; (4) Patients with unilateral limb neuromuscular lesions affecting muscle strength; (5) Patients with a history of deep vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism 3 months before surgery; (6) Patients with chronic pain and long-term use of opioids; (7) Those who are unable to communicate normally and cooperate with the collection of information.
