Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who monitoring for egg retrieval, insemination, embryo transfer or trying to conception in natural cycle . Ultrasound test show that single dominant follicle reached 16mm to 22mm diameter, and serum E2 was measured.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients using aromatase inhibitors such as letrozole during follicle monitoring; 2.Patients using estradiol or medicine may interfere with the estradiol measurement during follicle monitoring; 3.Patients using clomiphene during follicular monitoring; 4.More than one dominant follicles; 5.Tubal infertility;
