Single needle puncture group:Using EUS-FNA with gradient negative pressure single-needle puncture.
=2 cores group:EUS-FNA fixed negative pressure multiple needle puncture

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Solid pancreatic mass was diagnosed or suspected by ultrasound or CT, MRI, PET-CT and other imaging examinations; 2. All subjects voluntarily signed the informed consent of EUS-FNA;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women; 2. Receiving anticoagulant or antiplatelet therapy without interruption or with severe coagulopathy (e.g., PLT 1.5); 3. Lesions deemed ineligible for EUS-guided biopsy sampling; 4. Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, can not tolerate the risk of intravenous anesthesia; 5. Refusal to sign the informed consent form for EUS-FNA; 6. Other contraindications to EUS-FNA;
