Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.According to the diagnosis of ischemic stroke based on the 10th revision of the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10). 2.Age between 50 and 75 years; 3.First-time occurrence of the condition; 4.Disease duration of 1 to 6 months; 5.Complete medical history and assessment data available; 6.No disturbance of consciousness or mental disorders;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with other neurological diseases, such as post-cranial surgery, brain tumors, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson's disease, Guillain-Barré syndrome, previous brain injury, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, etc. 2.Age less than 50 years or greater than 75 years; 3.Disease duration exceeding 6 months; 4.Disturbance of consciousness or mental disorders; 5.Incomplete medical history and assessment data; 6. Multiple episodes
