Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) ASA<=Class III; 2) Age 18~65 years old; 3) Patients who intend to undergo elective gynecological laparoscopic surgery; 4) Patients voluntarily participate in this pilot study and agree to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with cardiovascular, liver, kidney, brain, lung and other serious diseases; 2) Patients with gastrointestinal hemorrhage or intestinal obstruction in urgent need of surgical treatment; 3) Tumor diameter is too large, laparoscopic surgery is difficult.
