Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Premature infants with a gestational age of less than 32 weeks and requiring mechanical ventilation (non-invasive or invasive) admitted to our neonatal NICU within 24 hours after birth

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Admission age>24 hours; 2) Fetal age<32 weeks; 3) Complex congenital heart disease; 4) Central nervous system malformation; 5) Respiratory system abnormalities; 6) Digestive tract malformations (anal atresia, congenital megacolon), necrotizing enterocolitis; 7) Other deformities: diaphragmatic hernia, chromosomal abnormalities, etc; 8) Incomplete clinical data; 9) Family members are unwilling to participate.
