Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with typical clinical symptoms of OSA, polysomnography showed an AHI of >=5 times/h, and the diagnostic criteria are described in the Guidelines for the Multidisciplinary Diagnosis and Treatment of Obstructive Sleep Apnea in Adults[23]; (2) Male patients aged 18~60 years; (3) There is mucosal tissue hypertrophy in the oropharynx, resulting in narrow pharyngeal cavity, hypertrophy or too long uvula, too low and too long soft palate, hypertrophy of tonsils or stenosis of the palate.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) BMI > 35 kg/m^2; (2) Patients with central sleep apnea hypopnea; (3) Patients who are allergic to dexmedetomidine or propofol or have a history of seizures; (4) Patients with severe respiratory, cardiovascular, nervous system diseases or poor health conditions; (5) Patients who underwent other upper airway surgery during the study period; (6) Patients with severe maxillofacial deformity.
