60 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 60 years old< = age< = 80 years old; 2. ASA is I.~III. grade; 3. Elective general anesthesia lower abdominal surgery (gastric, intestinal, liver, gallbladder, spleen, pancreatic surgery); 4. Intend to use patient-controlled intravenous analgesic pump (PCIA) after surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Known intestinal obstruction; 2. History of abdominal surgery; 3. BMI 30 kg/m^2 ; 4. Severe heart, brain, lung or liver and kidney function abnormalities; 5. Prolonged QT interval; 6. Serious neuropsychiatric disorders; 7. History of a difficult airway or a delayed extubation; 8. History of opioid drug abuse; 9. Preoperative gastrointestinal bleeding (bleeding> 800 mL); 10. Emergency re-operation; 11. Family members or guardians refuse to participate.
