Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years old; 2. For pulmonary function tests, FEV1/FVC < 70% or the range of FEV1 as a percentage of the predicted value is < 80%; 3. Those initially diagnosed with lung cancer by preoperative imaging examinations; 4. Scheduled to undergo thoracoscopic pulmonary resection; 5. Provide informed consent and volunteer to participate in this study;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are in the acute phase of the disease or have musculoskeletal injuries and cannot tolerate pulmonary rehabilitation training. 2. Those with impaired consciousness or mental abnormalities who are unable to cooperate with pulmonary rehabilitation training. 3. Those who seek medical treatment without the accompaniment of family members and cannot use smart devices. 4. Those with deficiencies in physical strength, intelligence, or hearing, who are unable to understand or answer questions.
