Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age >= 18 years; 2. the patient underwent contrast-enhanced CT of the aorta or abdomen at baseline and had an AAA (maximum diameter of the abdominal aorta >= 30 mm measured with MPR); 3. the AAA is located below the opening of the renal arteries bilaterally; 4. a follow-up CT scan was performed at least 3 months after the initial CT examination; 5. signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Aortic surgery prior to or during follow-up; (2) Pregnancy or contraindication to enhanced CT scanning; (3) CT scans that did not cover the full length of the abdominal aorta and images of insufficient quality for AAA analysis; (4) Patients requiring immediate AAA intervention; (5) Symptoms of acute aortic disease, aortitis, aortic connective tissue disease, and aortic ectasia; (6) Saccular aneurysms, mycotic aneurysms, or aneurysms with entrapment. (7) Personal or family history of bicuspid aortic valve disease; (8) Patients with malignant tumors affecting survival; (9) Patients participating in other clinical trials concurrently or within 30 days; (10) Other patients who, in the opinion of the supervising physician, are not suitable for participation in the study.
