Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age over 18 years old, disease duration more than 3 months; 2. Patients with a clear diagnosis of chronic postherpetic neuralgia (Chinese Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Postherpetic Vesicular Neuralgia); 3. Lesions located at T6 and above; 4. Voluntary participation in the study and signing of an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women during pregnancy; 2. Patients suffering from serious heart, brain, liver and body diseases that cannot tolerate minimally invasive surgery; 3. Patients with alcohol allergy; 4. Patients with abnormal coagulation function; 5. Patients with serious mental or other diseases who are unable to perform pain scoring correctly; 6. Patients who cannot be followed up as scheduled; 7. Other conditions that, in the opinion of the investigator, preclude participation in the trial.
