Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1?Patients undergoing elective ventriculoperitoneal shunt surgery under general anesthesia; 2?age: correct age 1-12 months; 3?ASA(American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Condition Classification) grade: I-II;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1?Obvious cardiovascular system disease; 2?Obvious respiratory diseases such as bronchopulmonary dysplasia; 3?History of upper respiratory tract infection within two weeks before surgery; 4?Failure in the first attempt of endotracheal intubation; 5?The guardian refuses to participate in the trial; 6?Have participated in other clinical studies;
