Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Volunteer to join the research project and sign the informed consent, age >=60 years old. (2) The pathological report was diagnosed as colorectal cancer, and he was admitted to a Grade III hospital after surgery to receive the first chemotherapy. (3) The current condition is stable, and the physical condition allows participation in intervention. (4) Clear consciousness, normal communication and understanding ability, and normal communication. (5) There are no contraindications to exercise intervention, such as thrombocytopenia, severe anemia, bone metastasis, fever, infection, and limitations due to tumor metastasis or other diseases.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Have a history of severe mental illness and no basic ability to read or write. (2) Patients who have entered the hospice stage. (3) Patients with contraindications to exercise intervention during the course, such as thrombocytopenia, severe anemia, bone metastasis, fever, infection, and limitations due to tumor metastasis or other diseases. After two weeks of treatment, there was no improvement. (4) Patients who have received anti-fatigue treatment, such as insisting on exercise and traditional Chinese medicine treatment since the illness.
