Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Control group: 1. Patients aged 18-70 years; 2.Diabetic patients undergo foot surgery (such as hallux valgus, ankle fracture, flat foot correction, etc.); 3.Clinical manifestations and imaging confirmed that the patient did not have diabetic foot; 4.The patient agrees to participate in the research project and signs the informed consent. Diabetic foot group: 1.Patients aged 18-70 years; 2.Patients who are clinically diagnosed with diabetic foot and plan to undergo diabetic foot related surgery (debridement, amputation, etc.); 3.The patient agrees to participate in the research project and signs the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. Mental and psychological abnormalities; 2. Affecting their survival, such as tumor or AIDS, are considered not suitable for admission; 3. Other acute and chronic diseases, the researchers believe that surgery is not suitable.
