50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.age 50-80 years 2.cardiac function (NYHA) class II-III 3.MMSE score >= 27 4.elementary school education or above sober and able to think independently 5.cardiac surgery >= 5 days after enrollment 6.voluntary participation in the trial and signed informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.MMSE score <27 2.Patients with preoperative diagnoses of visual, hearing, and speech impairments that preclude cognitive function testing 3.Patients with a medical history associated with an increased risk of postoperative delirium or POCD, such as a history of mental illness, intellectual disability, anxiety or depression, stroke, epilepsy, Parkinson's or Alzheimer's disease, other forms of cognitive decline 4.Patients who are unwilling to comply with protocols or procedures, refuse to participate or have participated in other trials
