Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. There are high-risk factors for cerebral infarction from 28 weeks of pregnancy to<=28 days after birth; 2. Neonatal with sudden encephalopathy or seizures; 3. After excluding other common causes and confirming through imaging, if the above three points are met, it will be included.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital malformation of brain structure development; 2. Exclude seizures caused by metabolic disorders, including hyponatremia, hypocalcemia, hypomagnesemia, and hypoglycemia; 3. Automatic discharge or transfer, and the transferred hospital is not in the participating center; 4. If parents do not agree to participate in the study and meet any of the criteria, it will be excluded.
