Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients with femoral neck fractures were diagnosed by CT and X-ray and FNS nail was performed. 2. Patients with Positive Medial Cortex Support (PMCS) after fracture reduction (FIG. 1); 3. Functional Independence Measurement (FIM) before injury >= 108; 4. Sign informed consent; 5. Communicate fully with the surgeon and obtain consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. unable to cooperate or refuse to cooperate; 2. Pathological fracture, old fracture, etc.; 3. Compound injury; 4. Non-first FNS nail surgery; 5. Complicated with serious cardiopulmonary system, metabolic diseases, serious osteoporosis (bone density measurement T-value < -2.5 complicated with fragility fracture).
