Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients undergoing painless gastroscopy, male or femal, aged 18-65 years; (2) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification grade I-II; (3) Patients with a body mass index (BMI) of 16.5-40 kg/m² who voluntarily agree to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with a history of allergy to anesthetic drugs; (2) Patients with ASA grade = III.; (3) Patients who refuse or are unable to cooperate with anesthesia and sedation (e.g., unable to communicate, have mental illness, severe anxiety, etc.); (4) Patients with Marhalanobis grade IV., abnormal laryngeal anatomy, goiter, etc., which significantly increase the difficulty and stimulation of entering the lens; (5) Patients with recent respiratory tract infection; (6) Patients with gastrointestinal obstruction; (7) Unaccompanied by a guardian; (8) Pregnant women.
