Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. In the nutrition department of Chongqing Yongchuan District Maternal and Child Health Hospital for the first time, to implement intermittent energy restriction diet program weight loss; 2. The Han Nationality; Age 18-65 years old; 3. Self-measured BMI >=28kg/m^2; 4. Place of residence: Chongqing City; 5. Gender: Male or female; 6. Sign informed consent, willing to participate in this research;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. In the past month, patients with resting heart rate > 120 beats/min, systolic blood pressure > 180mmHg or diastolic blood pressure > 100mmHg, angina, chest pain, heart disease, diabetes; 2. Patients with hypertension, hyperlipidemia and asthma who need medication; 3. Any major systemic disease or disorder, including malignancy, inflammation, or endocrine disease; 4. Drug abuse history; 5. Unexplained weight loss of more than 5% of previous body weight in the last 6-12 months; 6. mental disease; 7. Uncontrollable or severe heart, liver, lung and kidney disease; 8. Are undergoing medical or surgical treatments that affect weight and body composition; 9. Family members have been involved in the study; 10. Is involved with other clinical investigators; 11. student; 12. Refused to participate in this researcher. Or agreed to participate in the study, but refused to sign the informed consent;
