18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with SCI aged 18-65 years; 2.patients must accept surgery more than 3 months; 3.patients have good upper limb function; 4.patient can maintain sitting balance of level 3; 5. there is no recent spinal cord rehabilitation training recently; 6.patients should sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with radiating pain or aggravated pain of lower limbs during training; 2.severe lumbar spinal stenosis, tumor, lumbar disc herniation, lumbar spondylolisthesis, e; 3.patients with severe heart disease, hypertension, metabolic disease, etc., which are not suitable for exercise training treatment; 4.patients with severe osteoporosis; 5.patients with poor compliance or withdrawal from treatment due to other reasons.
