No minimum to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Knee joint pain, with tenderness in the posterior internal space of the knee joint positive; (2) MRI confirmed that the posterior root of meniscus was completely torn; (3) Conservative treatment for more than 3 months is ineffective; (4) the age is less than 80 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) K-L grade is greater than Grade III, severe osteoarthritis or multi-compartment osteoarthritis; (2) Ligament injury or cartilage injury requiring surgical repair; (3) MRI confirmed partial tear; (4) The force line of the lower limbs is poor, and the knees are obviously varus; (5)Patients with tumor, infection, serious heart and lung diseases and others who are not suitable for surgery; (6) Patients with osteoporosis, rheumatoid arthritis and other bone diseases.
