Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 endotracheal intubation; 2Age >=18 years old; 3 No obvious injury or bleeding in the mouth; 4 stay in ICU >=3 days; 5 The authorized person gave informed consent to this research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with acute, chronic respiratory or lung infections before the establishment of artificial airway; ? 2 Oropharyngeal, trachea, esophagus trauma or surgery; ? Patient1s admitted to ICU after cardiopulmonary resuscitation; 4 Patients with advanced malignant fluid.
