Interventions

HIIE group:The HIIE group maintained 60 r/min rotational speed, and subjects were brought to 85% maximal oxygen uptake (VO2max) heart rate by increasing the load and exercising at high intensity for 2
the rotational speed was kept constant, and the load was reduced to bring subjects down to 50% VO2max heart rate for low-intensity exercise for 1 min
up to 100 KJ. The interval between the two interventions is 3 days.
MICE group:In the MICE group, the speed of 60 r/min was also maintained, and the subjects exercised at 60% VO2max heart rate for 2 min, and the load was reduced to reduce the subject to 50% VO2max hea

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 60 ~ 75 years old, BMI 25-35, men and women; 2. can receive transcranial magnetic stimulation;3. no serious coronary heart disease, diabetes, hypertension, osteoarthritis of the knee and other diseases and psychiatric disorders; 4. subjective cognitive impairment, i.e., in the memory questionnaire was positive; 5. slowing down of the pace, single-task conditions, the participant in accordance with the usual pace of walking when the speed of =8 years of education; 9.voluntary participation in this clinical trial, informed consent and signing of a written informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The body has a pacemaker, prosthetic valve replacement after the latter, the body has a ferromagnetic vascular clamps, metal foreign body in the eye, high fever patients; 2. 24h before the test strenuous exercise, drinking coffee, alcohol, the use of tobacco; 3. transcranial magnetic test test threshold is higher; 4. Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) contraindications, such as cranial trauma, etc.; 5. test during the taking of central nervous system drugs; 6. at the same time to participate in other participating in other electrical stimulation tests at the same time; 7. Having high blood pressure, heart disease and bone and joint disease or a history of major surgery; 8.Unable to co-operate with the staff to complete the test or treatment, and those who have poor compliance.
